Where We Ship
Online ordering is currently available for Canadian shipping addresses.
Shipping Rate
Our current standard shipping option is Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping at $21.99 CAD per shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment as promptly as reasonably possible. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, seasonal order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier service. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We will review the shipment and help resolve the problem.
