We want you to be happy with your Veteran Hot Sauce order. Because our sauces are food products, returns are handled with food safety in mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs of the package and affected products. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Food Product Returns
For food safety reasons, opened food products cannot normally be returned or resold. Unopened products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, contact us promptly. If we are able to stop fulfillment, we can cancel the order and arrange a refund.
Once an order has shipped, shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
